    Unhappy XARA 1 year old.

I'm starting to think that one is expected to re-new or up grade the software after a year. I keep getting the pop up windows, whenever I start my XARA Photo & Graphic Designer 11, saying "What's NEW, Designer X365. and other shtuff! Is that why I can't get my ONE YEAR OLD SOFTWARE to work properly. Like I've been saying, I can't seem to save as jpg.

Has anybody else enncountered this problem. I have a different email address. Last year, I registered with different email address. So now, I can't re-register with NEW EMAIL ADDRESS. HELP!!!

You never could save as JPG or PDF. You Export as PDF or JPG or any of the other export file format options.

RE: Your registration and new email. I think I suggested this before, but if not: https://support.xara.com Please file a support request ticket.

If your software is working fine, why do you have to upgrade it? unless there are new advanced tools, but for me, more means more headache

All would be well until your OS and drivers changes and then you are adrift.

handrawn, have you had success with a VM and Xara's registration? I've never tried.

good point - I don't see why it shouldn't - provided you are running a fully licenced quest windows of course - but I have never tried it with any recent xara software either... wine does not work, but that's not proper VM

one reason for the the 'perhaps'
