Thread: Big Spider

  1. #1

    Default Big Spider

Watched Kong Skull Island yesterday evening and it inspired me to try creating some stuff again. Image is little dark because of black background and black spider, but it helps for the tiny fur to be separated from the background better.

Whole model was done in Metasequoia with the armature tool and particle fur was added with shaders on Realsoft 3D before rendering.

I'm sure it's good, but I can't make it out. Sorry.

This one has added shine to skin shader, so is lighter and not that black.

I have 4k monitor and stuff that look sharp and clear on my screen appear blurred and lesser quality after uploading.

I'd hate to run across one of those. That would be heart attack city. Nice work even if it is a spider.

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.
