Default Help with batch processing the jpeg optimizer in Paintshop Pro X4

It seems I'm unable to record a script to run the jpeg optimizer as a batch process. I start recording, go through the optimizer, and then it won't let me end/save the script unless I finish by saving the image. But then if I save, the filename is saved in the script, and I get an error when I try to run it. I tried removing filename from the script, and removingi the whole the line with the filename, but I still get an error. Surely there must be a way to do this!
    Thanks!

    Hi there lolajoan

We don't have a whole lot of PSP users here. You might get a faster and more accurate answer here http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewforum.php?f=56

Further to Gary's good advice, the person you want to consult is Suz Shook, queen of scripting.
    Her website:
    http://suzsplace.com/

You could also ping, in the forum Gary mentioned, Cassell, one of Suz's pupils and an excellent scripter. She might be able to assist.
LeviFiction is also a good script writer, but I haven't seen him posting for a little while.

I never use the batch process, so won't be of any use to you.

    Hope any of this helps.
    :-)
