Scroller Bar

I have a wide page and i would like to know if there is a way to make the page scroll to the left and to the right.

Welcome to TalkGraphics

This is a function of the browser. If your page is too wide to fit on the screen, then the scroll bars will appear automatically. No need for you to do anything.

What i mean i want my page to be wide, what i need is there a way to make it scroll left and right using the mouse nt the scroll bar( as if the page was a diaporama).
