I have recently heard good things about XsitePro 2, but haven't bought it yet.

I personally use Dreamweaver and really like it. I haven't tried any others for quite awhile, so I can't really comment on them.
A side note for Bill. Just thought I would point out that Coldfusion isn't a page or text editor. It's a development language like PHP or ASP. It's a little different in that it's a Rapid Application Development language. It's made to code quickly. You may be referring to the old Allaire Studio product which was an editor. Macromedia made a watered down version called Homesite. I think it's gone now though. Thought you might like to know.
I use Microsoft Expression Web 2. For simple pages, the WYSIWYG is fine, but often I end up just using the code mode. I love the Intellisense/autocomplete for CSS since I don't always remember the syntax.
I also like open source Notepad++ text editor for html/css editing as it highlights the code well.
I trialled Microsoft Expression Web 2 and was pleasantly surprised how well it integrated with CSS but I still have quite a few reservations about it but it was mainly the price.
Design is thinking made visual.
