Scaling correctly shapes with brushes applied.

If you look at the "pill" bitmaps on white backgrounds, you can see that while you decrease line width of 50% the bitmap size decreases also to one half of its size inside its containing shape. Thus it becomes 1/4 of its initial size.
If you want to keep its brush aspect ratio to the shape on which you have applied a brush stroke while resizing it, you must modify the spacing setting of the brush in the same proportion afterwards.
The best to blend brushes is converting line to shapes before blending, and then to play with position profile.
