Ah, OK. You have one primary site and all those files and sub-folders go in public_html
The other sites, at least this is how I have mine set up on NameCheap, get published to what that domain name is.
So if one of your sites is mythirdsite.com, then it gets published in public_html/mythirdsite.com

Thanks, Chris. I guess that works if you're using it but it's not what Namecheap says. To quote:
"Site content for your main domain name is stored in a public_html folder, located in your cPanel File Manager. To add site content to your main domain name, simply upload your files to the public_html/ folder using File Manager option or an FTP or SFTP.
If you add further domain names (i.e. addons) to your cPanel, separate folders will be created for them within the home directory of your account (e.g. home/cpaneluser/addondomain.com). To add site content for your add-on domain names, simply upload your files using File Manager option or an FTP or SFTP that is specific to the created folder."
I've attached images of my Xara publishing panels to this post, one to my main domain, orilliafallfair.com, and the other to one of my addon domains, odaspb.com. Both work as intended, as do three other addon domains.
Thanks for your input, gentlemen; much appreciated!

Ah, yes, I forgot about the sub-domain folder in C-Panel.
In the Sub-domain folder click Add and fill in the details. Then once that is done you can publish to public_html/domainname.com

I can't even remember what we were streaming last night. :-)
I think by setting up the sub domain in C-Panel then when someone enters one of your sub domains the browser is directed to the right address.
