Thanks, Grafixman, for your support and suggestions. I run Repair, which went without a hitch, but solved nothing... I'll take your advice and will uninstall / reinstall with registry cleanup in between. I have RegSeeker for a long while and like it.

Maybe it's a bad install. Try putting on the install disk again and click the repair option...
