sledger,
I tore that site apart and couldn't find anything. But, when I tried to resize the page numerically in Options, Page Size, I would get the attached error in Grid and Ruler Origins. I don't know what it means, but I hope it helps!
Jim
It just means that whatever you tried to resize to was greater than the allowed limit.
Make sure you enter 'px' after the value (not mm or cm).
Baba's page (ancient scroll ) is well within the limits
John (covoxer) is taking a look at why IE8 and FF are doing this.
As you say, there's nothing wrong with the .web file
Hi,
Just a thought check your printer settings in control panel>Printers some printers print a blank page on there own.
JimM
Good thought Jim, but in this case it's not a printer setting or printer type.
As mentioned earlier it's fine print previewed from Opera or physically printed from Chrome, but not IE or FF.
Interestingly if you remove the DOCTYPE from the exported .html this forces IE8 to use a legacy rendering engine and the problem goes away.
I'm sure John will have an answer soon.
Well glad to hear that it is strightened out. I mentioned the printer part cause I had a printer that would print blank page where there was none till I found it had a setting for printing a blank page for something or other.
