    Default Flower and Scribble

I was trying to create a moody dark image to place some text over for a leaflet when this happened.

That's a very stunning image. How did you create it, tracing or a plug-in?

There are two traced images. One is the flower photo traced and the flower section extracted from the trace and overlaid with a partial transparent cut out of the flowers. All the trace lines around the image were made by tracing a bit map made from vector paint strokes and placed behind.

Most excellent, but the process sounds very complicated.

Wonderful drawing, please pass the Allerest!
Every day's a new day, "draw" on what you've learned.

Not sure what Allerest is; is it similar to Prozac?
    Bob
It would only be complicated if it were intentional. Like most things its an accident resulting from messing about to see what would happen if..... .
Having got to that point further messing about with bump maps produced this........
