mmmm....beer!
This started out as a doodle on the first day of the new XXP4 release.
At that time it was a 17 sided polygon, and I fiddled with the extrude tool until it looked like a bottle cap.
The rest is history.
Made as a result of having a bottle in front of me, which is a darn sight better than
having a frontal lobotomy (the old ones are the best ones, folks).

I used to impress my pals when I used my teeth to prise that kind of cap off a bottle. A lot of good it did my teeth in later years with all the dental troubles I had.
