text inside a closed shape. It's possible !!!

Hello !

Do you know that it's possible to write text inside shapes with Xara X ???
Draw several curves; select them toghether; join shapes, ...and then click with the text tool at the beginning of the first curve !!!!!! Magic operates: a little red quadrangle appears at the beginning of this one and a second one appears at the end of the last one !!!!!
But because of some bug with boolean operations in this third Beta, it's not possible to do a clean intersection between curves and a closed shape. Thus, for the image I send, I have placed a closed shape into a guide layer and snapped the extremities of each open curve to it. After, I have positioned a copy of the closed shape into the layer where I was working and contoured it.
Just a little problem as you will see if you understand french; the long words are separated into two parts at the end of the lines.
But this is a very interesting beginning !!!

This also works with previous versions (even 1.2). If I've known this earlier, that could have saved a lot of headaches. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks to note that, Alex !!! I don't know why I discovered it only yesterday. Perhaps it's not very well documented because it remains some problems. But I think that merits improvements because it's very cool !!! But certainly it remains some little things for example about sense of curves.

Every time I join shapes and type text, it follows the line. What is freeing it from the curve?

post a more detailed account of what you did Ivan, like Kyle I am not getting the same result so am probably not understanding very well.
