Does anyone out there have a need to generate those ambient sounds of nature? You can make a CD to relax by or to use as background sounds for a slide show to view your photographs. I found this application and this version of it is free and simple to use...

Now that is a great link joel.....brilliant ;). As a tinnitus sufferer those ambient sounds and 'white noise' are excellent at masking the internal noises. Years ago, in my yoof, I made a sound generator as I was keen on electronics - I still have it actually, but this is the 21st centuary version with knobs on - great stuff :). Nice avatar BTW, I use the same one for my PC !
