Great looking shots, what's the location on these?
the eagle and the flying owl are my preferences they all look great
do you stay hours watching the animals before taking a photo?
Most of these were taken in nature reserves. So there's usually no need to sit for hours to get the shots.
What equipment do you use?

Derek D. these are most excellent photos. Very crisp on the focus, especially the ones that aren't still ones. Makes me want to go out and take a few shots myself.

Hi, Derek D! This is an excellent wildlife set. The ninth photo (owl) is my favorite. Just the right amount of exposure and the DOF is right on. Thanks for sharing!
Enjoyed them all, but picture one looks like he was a professional model
A fantastic job you have done. The photos are all great and nice looking. I am also a nature lover so, I like much of the images. Thanks for sharing those wildlife animals photos.
I love the Eagle and how you managed to completely blur the background, I'm no photographer and have always wanted to study photography but I simply do not have the time, never mind the cash for the gear you must own. Well done.
Q. Did you only use camera lenses and the camera's settings to get this effect or have you used software to enhance the images?
(Brainburns - think before you post please)
